Full service Restaurant in Oyster Bay is looking to fill couple of different positions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Have at least 2 years serving experience
Have a love and passion for the hospitality industry.
Positive, friendly attitude is a must.
Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our guests
Perform opening and closing duties
Team player
Must be available to work weekends, weekdays and holidays
Must have a positive attitude and work well in fast paced environments
Basic knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
General understanding of basic cooking techniques
Desire to learn and grow in all experiences
Able to stand, walk, and/or sit for long periods of time and have the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
Knowledgeable about spirits and comfortable preparing a cocktail and explaining its ingredients
Skilled in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks

Full service Restaurant in Oyster Bay is looking to fill AGM / GM position.
Ideal candidates to have strong work ethics, varied experience and a passion to deliver great products with exceptional service.
Responsibilities include:
- Floor presence, ensuring service standards are consistent
- Training and evaluating team members in their roles
- Conducting effective pre-shifts
- Scheduling and payroll
- Inventory and purchasing
- Building strong rapport with guests
- Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with the preventative maintenance program with regards to facility, equipment, ground maintenance and cleanliness.
EXPERIENCE + QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of management experience in full service.
- Must have open availability to work AM & PM shifts
- Must have open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Knowledge of profitability analysis and budgeting, cost of sales, payroll management
- Knowledge of purchasing, receiving, inventories and cost controls as it applies to bar product
- Knowledge of state and local laws as it applies to liquor, labor, and health code regulations
- Creative problem solver
- Maintains DOH standards at all times
