Full service Restaurant in Oyster Bay is looking to fill couple of different positions.  

Ideal candidates have strong work ethics, varied experience and a passion to deliver great products with exceptional service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Have at least 2 years serving experience

  • Have a love and passion for the hospitality industry.

  • Positive, friendly attitude is a must.

  • Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our guests

  • Perform opening and closing duties

  • Team player

  • Must be available to work weekends, weekdays and holidays

  • Must have a positive attitude and work well in fast paced environments

  • Basic knowledge of spirits, wine and beer

  • General understanding of basic cooking techniques

  • Desire to learn and grow in all experiences

  • Able to stand, walk, and/or sit for long periods of time and have the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs

  • Knowledgeable about spirits and comfortable preparing a cocktail and explaining its ingredients

  • Skilled in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks

Full service Restaurant in Oyster Bay is looking to fill AGM / GM position.
Ideal candidates to have strong work ethics, varied experience and a passion to deliver great products with exceptional service.



Responsibilities include:
- Floor presence, ensuring service standards are consistent
- Training and evaluating team members in their roles
- Conducting effective pre-shifts
- Scheduling and payroll
- Inventory and purchasing
- Building strong rapport with guests
- Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with the preventative maintenance program with regards to facility, equipment, ground maintenance and cleanliness.


EXPERIENCE + QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of management experience in full service.
- Must have open availability to work AM & PM shifts
- Must have open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Knowledge of profitability analysis and budgeting, cost of sales, payroll management
- Knowledge of purchasing, receiving, inventories and cost controls as it applies to bar product
- Knowledge of state and local laws as it applies to liquor, labor, and health code regulations
- Creative problem solver
- Maintains DOH standards at all times
