Christophe Auguet began his multi-faceted career in nightlife and the hospitality industry in Paris, France and has over a decade of experience. His career took off with moguls Cathy & David Guetta and his passion for the industry grew.
His expertise includes full knowledge of front and back of the house procedures, extensive management experience and managing vendor relations.
He is knowledgeable in licensing and NYC codes, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Christophe excels in budgeting, strategic thinking, customer service, encouraging teamwork, and marketing; and has excellent attention to detail.
He moved to New York City to advance his career, where he started as a bartender at Lot 61 owned by Amy Sacco, and quickly moved up the ranks to Manager of Opal, a popular Midtown East restaurant and Bar. The owners of nightclub/restaurant BLVD saw his potential and pursued him as the Night General Manager. The 18,000 sq.-foot LES venue caters to more than a 1,000 guests in on a given weekend, and the experience of the day-to-day operations has given Christophe a better understanding of what is needed to run a successful operation. When an opportunity arose to open a venue from the ground up, Christophe headed to Los Angeles to work on the opening of Crash Mansion LA from renovations to creating a concept.
Christophe succeeded in creating a fun and profitable venue. Since then he has held an operations manager position in multiple successful operation in New York City, like Santos party house in Chinatown, Chef Paul Liebrandt's Restaurant & Rooftop The Elm in Brooklyn as well as Analogue Whiskey & Cocktail Bar in Greenwich village.
In 2019 Christophe decided that it was time for him to work for himself and opened his own food & beverage consulting company “Staff Meal”. Since then Staff Meal has completed multiple projects.
